Members of a cult also behave this way.

Cults can manifest evil, even if a participant is blind to it.

The manifested thing is still evil.

That is exactly what I thought...it was a cult. With $$$$$ incentives for the lower ranks...but the evil behind the managing of this conference could clearly be felt if not seen.

Evil. Evil. Evil.

Yes. Those are the "useful idiots".

I’d say cults can be more dangerous than ‘idiots’ as they are indoctrinated and you end up with believers, rather than folks that are simply duped. There’s an important difference there.

Agree TFish

Evil and stupid result in harm. To the victims there’s no difference.

I read it a couple days ago and its really great journalism. But we can see the big picture. Those at the top are doing evil for evil people. People in the middle, motivated by carrots and sticks, trick themselves into believing what they are doing is good. One of the greatest quotes for our time came from the investigative journalist Upton Sinclair more than a hundred years ago. "It's difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends on his not understanding it."

Exactly. Upton Sinclair? I saw it printed below Thomas Sowell's picture somewhere. I wasn't surprised someone got confused. It would be vintage Sowell too.

Expand full comment

yup. I'm pretty sure it's from his book Jungle, published in the early part of the last century. But Sowell has some zingers too.

No Reid No!!! Every educated person knows that these vexines were given forcibly without informed consent, to pregnant women without safety testing and to children who had NO RISK!!! It is indefensible.

I agree with you, Laura. You know that from my book and my other posts. Dr. Setty who is a very sharp guy is being way to kind in my opinion. I said as much in the comments under his post. But there were some useful idiots at that conference who are so dumb, they have no idea what went on and possibly, not even capable of evil in this case.

I have taken to ascribing TPTB motives as evil unless proven otherwise as stupid or misguided etc. first diagnosis is evil!

I think plausible deniability is key to executing a large military like operation.

Keep them confused.

When close appear far.

When large appear small.

When rested appear weary.

When evil appear stupid.

And so instead of acting, they remain inactive and uncertain.

Yes! I've been thinking this for more than two years, and I really believe that's part of what event 201 was about--coordinating plausible deniability. That's the evil the genius of all this. And after all this time we are only now finding out that operation warp speed was run by the DOD, not HHS. And my instinct tells me that the true command center goes up even higher, to the big investment houses and international banks.

I think the proper term is "banality of evil".

I would suggest that majority of people attending that conference were blue pilled stupid people. The higher ups in control is the source of the evil. A function of the evil cabal is to create a larger population of stupid people and that they accomplished well.

How clever was that interview . In the belly of the beast stuff for sure - scary people regardless, even if they mean well ,in my opinion when you know these people would love to mandate it back for the good of us all .

Stupidity is a passive form of evil. If one does not take action to make themself less stupid they’re aiding the evil. 🙈🙉🙊

True too.

You guys brought up the astute observation that their behavior has been cult-like. That partially explains their refusal to debate the medical science with someone from our side. This refusal has been the most frustrating aspect for me. If they had agreed to open debates all along, none of the death and destruction would have occurred.
