It cares about feeding at the trough of corruption and illicit Power Aggregation. Democrats & Republicans alike, for the most part, have sold their souls and the interests of their constituent bases for 40 Pieces of Silver.
Can we "Fix" the situation through normal electoral means... Voting for real America First Candidates? That remains a vast uncertainty. As long as we have the Mitch (The Turtle) McConnells, The Susan (Spineless) Collinses, and the likes of Lindsay Graham smiling at the cameras, saying all the right slogans and then selling us out... voting is little more than indulging in "The Sin of Onan"
