"New Medical Students Walk Out Because the Speaker is is Pro-life".

This doesn't have anything to do with whether or not you are pro-life. It’s disturbing for two reasons: 1. Doctors are supposed to be pro life in a more general sense regardless of their position on abortion, and, 2. If you disagree with something, shouldn't that be a reason to stay there and discuss the pros and cons of the position you disagree with?

The two reasons are really one and the same, because…

According to the courts, it depends on when the fetus is considered a “life”. I can make a good scientific case ( i.e. a good case) that it’s at the instant of conception

That’s a different discussion.

The reason this is shocking is that the lecture being given, by the lady doctor who happened to be pro-life, had nothing to do with abortion. It was to welcome students to the school. These students disrupted her speech because they disagreed with her views.

I am afraid, The University of Michigan Medical school made some very poor admission choices

In the future, will they withhold treatment from patients who have different views than them? (that’s not the same as refusing to treat, by the way…)

Yes, they will.

How do I know? Because they consider the fight for their far Left Marxist ideology a life and death struggle. To them, it’s war. That’s why they pushed policies during the COVID-19 era that resulted in the deaths of at least 150 million people. It was the woke and far left who pushed lockdowns and injecting six-month-old children with formulations about which they know nothing of their long term side-effects.

Biden, Leana Wen, Deborah Birx, Bill Gates, Sanjay Gupta (he might have been doing it for the CNN and Pfizer money- I don’t know his political ideology), Fauci, Jonathan Reiner, etc. They all pushed lockdowns every day as people starved to death; mostly children. They were wrong on every call. If you asked Leana Wen, she would say she’s against murdering babies. But she will push lockdowns if it helps advance the Marxist agenda.

Even the unethical Head of Medical Ethics at NYU, Art Caplan, said it is OK to refuse to withhold treatment from a person who is unvaccinated, putting himself in line with the U. of Washington Med Center who took children off of transplant lists because they were not vaccinated.

Now the vaccinated are begging for treatment because they didn’t listen to those of us who understood this stuff. But we will still keep them on our transplant lists.

Yale Law students- classes are now primarily made up of minority students (55%)- regularly walk out of lectures and disrupt them with loud, foul language when they disagree with the speaker’s views. It’s all planned beforehand, based on the speaker’s political or life philosophy. They could be lecturing on Contracts but if they didn’t donate to Black Lives Matter, they’re going to get booed and hissed and called a white supremacist.

Aren’t law students supposed to be learning how to formulate arguments against someone else’s position and win the argument with logical reasoning? Are they going to walk out of court or start screaming obscenities when the opposing lawyer speaks?

The place, once considered the finest law education in the US has become a Clown Show.
